A day or stay at Barkala Farm would be incomplete without grabbing a snack or meal at our Blue Wren Bush Cafe. You cannot help but relax as you have a delicious espresso coffee with a freshly baked scone, or scrumptious wood-fired pizza.
We make our delicious bread out of 100% organic wholegrain flour. Our precious honey comes from local bee keepers, who often have their hives on our property. Vegetables come out of our shade house much as possible. Fruit, eggs and dairy products are sourced locally.

Our German sausages and Sauerkraut are sourced from a traditional German butchery based in Sydney. The Sauerkraut is finessed in house from an old family recipe. Our delicious sourdough bread is made from organic wholegrain flour which we source from the Gunnedah Demeter Mill. Meals are prepared using our home-grown freshly picked vegetables from our greenhouse as much as possible.
