Details

The Old Schoolhouse was originally built for the owners’ children to attend correspondence school, but has since been transformed into self-catered accommodation with kitchenette and bathroom. Experience the enchanting octagonal “fairy tale castle”, hand-crafted from local timbers. Relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the large, Swiss-style balcony, and take a shower in a hand-sculpted masterpiece! There is also an in-ground swimming pool for keeping cool during the summer and a gas heater for staying warm and cosy in the winter. The bedding configuration is a loft bedroom upstairs with a double bed and two double bunks downstairs. Extra couch bed can also be arranged. The Old Schoolhouse has a small kitchen with a mini fridge and gas stove/grill on the first level. It also has an outdoor BBQ area with another fridge and sink. The green lawn is covered by the spreading pecan tree and borders of magnolia bowers and gardens.
