The Farmhouse is a beautiful European-style building with four rooms (upstairs), each opening onto the large wooden veranda that overlooks the surrounding horse paddocks and hills. The Farmhouse rooms are rented out individually, each room has fans, solar air conditioning (works during sunny hours of the day only!) and a radiator connected to a central heating system.
The Veranda is a shared space with couches to relax, tea/coffee facilities, a sink, basic cutlery and plates, microwave, fridge, two toilets and a shared bathroom. There is a BBQ for you to use underneath the staircase and parking is not far from the side of the house. Part of the Farmhouse is used as a permanent residence for the owner family.
You are welcome to bring your dog along (maximum of 2 dogs) $5 per dog

$90 for 2 people per night, $28 per extra person per night (Min. 2 night stay during school holidays)
If you are booking to stay from December 2022 the price will increase to the following:
$105 for 2 people, $28 per extra person – off peak
$125 for 2 people, $28 per extra person – during NSW school holidays (Western)
- Room 1: sleeps 5 (1 x Queen bed, 1 x double bunk bed, 1 x single bed)
- Room 2: sleeps 4 (1 x Queen bed, 2 x single bed)
- Room 3: sleeps 4 (1 x Queen bed, 2 x single bed)
- Room 4: sleeps 4 (1 x Queen bed, 2 x single bed)
Linen and towels are included for all rooms. Each room has a TV, bed side table lamp, radiator, solar air con and fans.

- One Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One separate water saving toilet.
- Hot water kettle, basic tea and coffee supplies, fridge (no freezer), toaster, sink, cutlery, plates, cups, microwave.
- BBQ available downstairs.
- Outdoor furniture.
Cancellation policy, including COVID cancellations

A non-refundable (but transferable) deposit of $60 is required at time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card.
Cancellations more than seven (7) days from arrival will lose their deposit (unless the booking is rescheduled).
Cancellations between seven (7) days and 28 hours from arrival (i.e. 10 am the day before check-in) will be charged 50% of the booking. The full 50% charge can be transferred towards a future booking within 12 month of the cancellation (however, it is non-refundable).
If you need to reschedule more than once, a $50 admin fee will be charged each time.
Cancellations within 28 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of your booking (with no rescheduling option).
As a small, family-run business, we have been heavily impacted by cancellations due to COVID. We have tried to make our T&C’s as flexible as possible while still ensuring our business can continue to provide a unique and wonderful farm stay experience for decades to come.
