The Farmhouse Nest


The Farmhouse is a beautiful European-style building with four rooms (upstairs), and our newest addition is a beautiful flat on the ground level called The Farmhouse Nest. The space makes you feel right at home, just like the many swallows we have nesting around.

The Farmhouse Nest is a self contained unit where you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, your own bathroom and living room space. Each room has a ceiling fan a radiator to make it a comfortable choice all year round.

There is outdoor seating, and a BBQ for you to use underneath the staircase and parking is not far from the side of the house. Part of the Farmhouse is used as a permanent residence for the owner family.
You are welcome to bring your dog along (maximum of 2 dogs) $5 per dog

Please note: The Farmhouse Nest is currently waiting on tiles in the kitchen, however it is fully functional. The in-completion is reflected in the pricing.


$125 for 2 people per night, $28 per extra person (Min. 2 night stay during NSW School Holidays)

If you are booking to stay from December 2022 the price will increase to the following:
$150 for 2 people, $28 per extra person – Off Peak
$165 for 2 people, $28 per extra person – During NSW school holidays (Western)


  • Bedroom: Queen bed and 1 single bed, with bed side table and lamp
  • Ceiling fan, two lounges, dinner table with 3 chairs and flat screen television
  • Kitchen: Stove top and oven, kettle, sink, plates, cups, pot and pan, basic utensils, small bar fridge with freezer component, equipped with salt/pepper, tea bags, oil, and milk
  • Private Bathroom: Luxurious large shower, with modern vanity and toilet. Linen and towels are included.

Cancellation policy, including COVID cancellations (updated January 2022)

A non-refundable (but transferable) deposit of $60 is required at time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card.

Cancellations more than seven (7) days from arrival will lose their deposit (unless the booking is rescheduled).

Cancellations between seven (7) days and 28 hours from arrival (i.e. 10 am the day before check-in) will be charged 50% of the booking. The full 50% charge can be transferred towards a future booking within 12 month of the cancellation (however, it is non-refundable).  

If you need to reschedule more than once, a $50 admin fee will be charged each time.

Cancellations within 28 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of your booking (with no rescheduling option).

As a small, family-run business, we have been heavily impacted by cancellations due to COVID. We have tried to make our T&C’s as flexible as possible while still ensuring our business can continue to provide a unique and wonderful farm stay experience for decades to come.
